On the afternoon of February 4th, 2014 annual LPHT project management conference was successfully held in conference room in the ninth floor of the headquarters. More than 20 representatives from the headquarters, branches and subsidiaries amounting to 12 units participated in the conference. The Administrative Director Mr. He Jiuchun attended the meeting.
Personnel from relevant functional departments of headquarters and project management branch and subsidiary companies talked about project application, management summary in 2014 as well as future plans in 2015, exchanging ideas of the problems in application and lessons, giving constructive comments.
Mr. He thought highly of the achievements in project application and highlights of project implementation, believing that the group cooperated very well internally, keeping frequent connection with government. He also pointed out the problems in project and future direction. Compared with some companies in the same industry, we didn’t get enough financial support from government fund, which is worthy of thinking. He asked all the project staff to familiarize with each section with the data clear and accurate, to pay attention to national policy and do timely, systematic and comprehensive collection and interpretation, to standardize project application, implementation, acceptance and management, not to apply project for the sake of project application, to meet the strategic development of the company and promotion of the industry, to establish a panoramic view, to abandon their own way of thinking, to unify pace and do timely adjustment; to carry out the key work in 2015 by seizing the opportunity and making full use of CITIC resources, to get more support for the project under new policy by making the best of the brand, industry and market.
